1) Beam deemed decent at 15 ma (1030).  Stacking turned off.  Gas jet 
turned on at 5E13.  Luminosity is 3E30.

2) Neutral MLU strobe and Two Body trigger timed to master MLU.  Thresholds
are as follows:
        Strobe : 100 Mev on the Octant Sums (360 KHz)
                  25 mvolts on the OR of the discriminator outputs
        2Body  : thresholds set for Psi'

3) Master MLU outputs are 25 ns wide (which is the width of the strobe).

4) Flavio worked on the timing and equalization of H1 and H2.  I do not
know the status.

5) Plan is for DAQ to attempt taking data.  Meanwhile Charged trigger
(Calabrese, Baldini) will continue working. 
 
6) Normal shift schedule resumes at 2400 Saturday.  Reminder to all that 
there will be a meeting at noon on Sunday to discuss the situation.
