On Shift: DB, GS, MA, GZ, RC

Data taking at the chi2 peak.

The beam was decelarated around 1:40 pm. 

Beam Momentum : 5726.114 MeV/c
C.M. Energy   : 3556.588 MeV
Beam Current  : 28 mA

After the pedestal run (run 692) the DAQ hangs due to a PCOS Controller
problem. GZ and RC investigate and fix the problem by sending a CLEAR to
the PCOS controller.

Data taking starts at 6:10 am. Instanteneous luminosity roughly
1.6x10**31.
Runs 693 and 694 both end due to a DAQ problem (DYC 12).
