Shift: XF and WB

Run plan:

  Continue taking data at Chi2 mass + 1MeV energy (Pmom=5728.5 MeV/c). 

	RUN 753: 136.0 nb^-1
	RUN 754:  13.4 nb^-1   (I/O error)
	RUN 755:   2.9 nb^-1   (DYC 12 hangs the DAQ) 
	RUN 756:  37.9 nb^-1   (mismatch of DYC 2 synchronization)
	RUN 757: 140.7 nb^-1   
	RUN 758:  98.0 nb^-1   (DFM-E-OUT-RANGE)
	RUN 759:  under way 

The instantaneous luminosity has been at 1.6x10^31 cm^-2 s^-1, with a
beamcurrent at ~40 mA and a jet density at ~6.5x10^13 at/cm^3.
Luminosity stripchart did not show up by DAMP until RUN 759, this also
happened in the morning of Nov. 10.
