On shift: XF and MA

     RUN 820 (from last shift) ended normally at 17:15pm. RUN 821
Started at 17:18pm, stopped at 20:00pm for deceleration to J/psi.
DAQ ran smoothly, we even did not need to "reset" the DAQ. 

             RUN 820: 190.3 nb^-1
             RUN 821: 153.7 nb^-1

The total integrated luminosity at Ecm=3625MeV is ~1.6 pb-1

     20:00pm, stop run 821 for the deceleration to J/psi. Straw HV off,
Power VLPC off, Mainframe HV off, Gas Jet off. 23:20pm, Steve Werkema
called from MCR, they were close to be ready. 23:47pm, Steve Werkema
called again, they were ready, Ecm = 3097.437 MeV, Pbeam = 4067.565
MeV/c, Beam current=13.7mA. Gas-Jet on. Pedestal run is under way.

     The instantaneous luminosity in the scaler window was 10 times
smaller than its virtual value, it should be in the unit of 10^31
instead of 10^30, it has been fixed by Jon Streets.
