On Shift: Bettoni, Thompson

Continued data taking at the J/Psi peak,  Ecm = 3096.907 MeV

We had a few DAQ hang-ups at the beginning of the shift, fixed 
by George Zioulas by increasing the "event/buffer" from 800 to 1000.

Since then smooth data taking until 15:30, when run 830 had to be 
aborted due to a DAQ hang up (DYC 12 Full). The next run (N. 831)
has been started after a drt_fresh_start.

At the beginning of the shift the beam time was very bad (7 hours). This
improved to 30 hours after Mike Church turned the transverse cooling
back on.

Data Summary

run 828   5 nb-1 (on disk only, tapes overwritten)
run 829   8 nb-1 (on disk only, tapes overwritten)
run 830  75 nb-1 
run 831           in progress

The plan is to continue data taking until midnight, when the beam will be
dumped and the machine taken over for stacking studies.
