Shift summary Nov. 27,1996 evening shift
On shift: F. Marchetto- G. Stancari

The jet was turned on just before the shift, and we started to
take data on run 836 with a Ib=76 mA and a jet density at around
0.8x10^14 at/cm^3. The instantaneous luminosity has been kept to
steady value at 2.4x10^31cm^-2s^-1.
We encountered two problems:
a) one of the exabyte driver (drv5) started to give write errors:
Keith fixed it by diverting the output stream to a spare driver (drv11);
b) the beam energy, according to the Acnet data, was a bit
too high (Ecm=3686.4 MeV instead of 3686.0 MeV). Paul was called
and he is investigating the problem. 

During the shift, Mara M. timed the Fcal and finished the cabling of the
shaper cards to the ADC and TDC. 
Effective from run 841 the FCAL is read out thru the final front end.
As from the online monitor all the channel are working.
The TDC thresholds need adjustments.

Run 839: 66 nb-1, Run 840: underway.
