Data taking at psi' peak. Deceleration to E_cm = 3629.6 MeV.

Total integrated luminosity collected at psi' peak: 1.08 pb-1.
The beam was off by 2-2.5 mm vertically till end of run 880 (a scan 
of the beam was done at the end of the run).
Luminosity set to 2.25 10**31 at the beginning of run 881.

The beam was decelerated to E_cm = 3629.6 MeV at 23:00.
New run 883 just started.
