Gatemaster 9
CCAL Laser Monitor Trigger
The laser was "ordered" to fire by an external trigger - at 0.1 Hz
(prescaled from 10 kHz pulser). This external trigger was inhibited
(not sent to the laser) if the DYCs were "busy" (reading out an event).
The gatemaster trigger originally was the double coincidence of
the external trigger
(delayed) and the signal from the photodiode in the laser box.
At run 2103, the coincidence was removed and the gatemaster trigger
generated by the delayed laser trigger alone.
