This is the result of discussions with M. Church, D. McGinnis, S. Pordes and myself concerning the running of the accelerator complex for the next week. Taken into account is the test program of KAMI, shutdown priorities and availability of liquid helium (used in the debuncher cooling as well as the SCIFI-VLPC cryostat. Here is the plan: 01:00 Wed to 08:00 Thu >> stack to 15-20mA 08:00 Thu to 24:00 Fri >> chi_2 scan (4-5 points) 00:00 Sat to 08:00 Sun >> stack to 15-20mA 08:00 Sun to ?? >> chi_1 scan Shutdown of pbar The Shutdown of the accelerator complex begins Monday with the warmup of the liquid helium starting on Sunday (the SCIFI will be turned off for the chi_1 scan). The shutdown of pbar begins when we have dumped the chi_1 scan stack. The accelerator complex shutdown is scheduled to last 3 weeks. There will be a day or twoof bringing the accelerator complex up. The debuncher will start up in the wrong polarity so that a few days of phasing/cooling studies can be done. The polarity will thent be flipped (a day long access). Stacking for the E835 data run would then begin.
