As of Saturday late afternoon, there is bad news, potentially good news 
 and bad news..

 the bad news is that the leak in the tank with the bigger leak is not
 in the fittings it was hoped to be in at the end of the tank and where 
 access to fix it would have been good.

 the potentially good news is that the region of the leak in the tank with 
 the bigger leak may have been localized to one set of joints.

 the bad news is that this region is in some joints at the center 
 of the tank - not at either end - and this will certainly complicate 
 repairing it. It is not known if the leak can be fixed without removing
 the innards from the vacuum tank.

 Sunday will be spent trying to identify which of the joints contains the
 leak and starting to look at the second tank.
