After battling an insulating vacuum leak all day (and ultimately defeating
it), our vacuum heroes left the tunnel by 1700. Search and Secure is in
progress in preparation for Debuncher start up and cooling phasing tonight.
	Tank 4 is now being cooled to lN2 temperature and will be RGA'd cold with
helium in the morning. Bake out will begin after the tank is warmed back
up - probably early Friday. We should plan on a CONTROLLED access beginning
at 0830 Thursday for checking tank 4.
