As you all know, the beam was dumped near 8am this morning. The
accelerator complex has returned to stacking. At some point (>12mA), stacking
will be interrupted for 4-6hours to time in the stack-tail system delta 
kickers (the filters have just been installed); these kickers should help 
stacking when the beam currents are large. After the phasing of the kickers,
stacking will continue to 55mA; the deceleration will be to E_cm = 3526.8MeV.
