On shift: Wander Baldini, Mathew Graham 

Third point of the chi_2 scan, E_cm = 3555.72 MeV .

Very smoooth shift, interrupted only by a couple of DAQ hangs, resolved
with reset. 

At midnight run 5107 was stopped, the deceleration finished at 1:10am
and run5109 started.

I_beam  = 13.38 mA at the beginning 
I_beam  = 10.75 mA      at the end 

Run 5109    integrated lum. = 266.8 nb^-1
