Summary:
R4W3 was turned on late, about 5 minutes into run 5126.
Wander asks that the VLPC's not be turned on since the cryostat has been
warmed.
There were several DAQ resets issued for DAQ hangs.
The gas jet was unable to regulate itself so we manually increased the
density several times to keep an average inst. lumin. of about 
1.1 cm^-2 s^-1

It was noticed during the pedestal run 5127 that vsn 84 channel 4 (an FCAL
fera) had a large pedestal change from:
mean 15.07   rms 0.29  to   mean 33.81   rms 0.742
The new pedestals were written to the database.
