3/15 Evening Shift Summary:

Data:	Psi' scan-2nd and 3rd points
Beam Current:	14.0-->9.2 mA
Run numbers:	5239-5254
Shifters:  EL,RR,MG

Run 5239 (from day):
	Integrated Luminosity--88.0 nb^-1		
	beam current--14.16->12.91
	Run stopped to fixed recurrent DAQ problems and begin
deceleration. 

We replaced DYC 15.  This didn't help so we dropped it from the data
stream.	
When deceleration was complete (3686.3 MeV/c), the BPMs weren't reset and
the beam drifted down to 3685.4 MeV/c.

Further DAQ problems were traced to VLPC TDC overflow and the VLPC
discrimators were deactivated.

Beam energy was raised back to 3686.3 MeV/c and run 5254 begun.

	Beam current--10.27 at start
	Handed over to Owl shift with 70 nb^-1
