3/16 Owl Shift Summary

Data:  Psi' scan-4th point
Beam Current:  8.37-->6.44 mA 
Run number:  5258
Shifters: MO,GL,SS

1:40 => Turning on counters,CCAL,FCAL, without Fibers
	Taking pedestal run 5257 which is written to DB

2:03 => Jet Target ON at 3685.7 MeV
   
2:35 => Over the telephone, Martin Hu said Ecm is lower (3685.45 MeV) than
        what we asked (3685.7 MeV).

3:10 => Martin came to AP50 and said cooling system in Accumulator was
        broken.

3:15 => Gas Jet density has been going to low ( < 1.5*10^14cm3)
	thus, starting unclogging

3:25 => Martin called an engineer to fix cooling device

3:50 => Cooling device has not been fixed 
	Keep taking data at 3685.25 MeV

Ecm has been quite unstable since the beginning of the run, drifting up
and down by as much as 500 KeV.

6:30 => WB was called in  to investigate the problems with the extra
hits in the SF. 

6:43 => Finished Run# 5258; remaining beam handed off to Wander to check
SF.

7:20 => turned off counters', fcal, ccals' HV and straws HV,LV. 

7:45 => Jet target off; call MCR to dump the beam

We couldn't achieve our goal, psi' 5th point.
