Comments:
*  Stable Beam
*  9 DAQ hangs, all reset successfully.
*  "Gould Communication Failure" with gas jet target.  Standard procedure 
    performed to fix failure.
*  Attempted to unclog gas jet but could not turn the regulator mode
    off from the Jet Target user interface.  Turned off regulator mode by
    using the stop on the Gas Jet Master Mk11.  After reinitialization,
    unclogged gas jet successfully.
