Comments:
Total 2 DAQ HAngs and resets.
Pretty unsmooth shift at the beginning.

1:30 HV program error occurred and KEG fixed it.
2:05 KEG found a problem in NIM BIN for neutral trigger.
3:00 KEG completed replacing it with another one.
After replacing new NIM bin, we found Etot rate was decreased by 1/3.
4:00 Found Straw LV OFF --> Turned it ON
6:55 Found Straw HV OFF --> Turned it ON
