Shift Summary for 5/21/00 8:00-16:00 On Shift: JK,TV Log Book #7 Pages 279-282 Run Summary: 1P1 (3525.4 MeV) Beginning Current : 15.0 mA Final Current : 9.7 mA Typical Luminosity: 2.3 to 2.6 x 10^31 cm^-2 s^-1 Typical Beam Width: <0.9 MeV Run Luminosity 5719 315 nb^-1 5720 324 nb^-1 5721 Passed on to Evening Shift Comments: 1 Straw HV trip. 5 DAQ Hangs. 4 Gas Jet nozzle unclogs. The Argon cylinder was changed at the beginning of the shift. 1 reboot of the Jet Mac since it was not sending data to P79. As of the end of our shift the power line problem as mentioned in the minutes of SP and WB has not been fixed. Until it is fixed we will be unable to stack (which is why we are running this beam so low). There is no estimate yet on when stacking will be possible. When the beam gets close to 5.5 mA it will be turned over (to Martin Hu) for studies. Good Evening, Jason & Ted.
