there have been problems with the cooling system, which have delayed the
beginning of deceration until 15:30.

Furthermore, they have caused a beam loss (from 46.1 to 40.3 mA).

Cooling and deceleration are now in progress.

As a footnote, Fermilab and Ferrara people are still working on the
cryogenic system. Now the dewar is filling with liquid He at about 18 l/hr
and the situation seems to be stable. However there are some mechanical
problems with the expander.
The VLPCs are again warm so the fibers should not be turned on for now.
