3 DAQ Hangs. 2 ACNET Alarms.

0:30 The beam energy had been drifting downwards since about noon (very slowly).
     Martin raised it from about 3523.1 MeV back to 3523.3 MeV. Although this
     is not a very serious issue for this (a background) point, it's best to 
     not let the drift get out of control.  

2:18 Freon Bottle was changed.
6:05 The beam energy drops to 3521 MeV. 
6:15 While being corrected, the beam energy overshot 3523.3 MeV and landed at 
     about 3523.65 MeV. Over the next half hour it was lowered back to 
     3523.3 MeV.
