On shift: WB, GC

Not much to say... after 20 mA of beam were lost (see previous report)
it was decided to go back to stacking until 5:00-6:00 am and then
decelerate to the psi' point that was missed during the last scan 
(Ecm=3687.5 MeV). 
At 5:30 the stacking finished with 14.03 mA, at the end of the shift the 
deceleration/cooling was still in progress.
