Very smooth shift at the chi0 background point (3384.75 MeV).
On shift GG & PR, special guests JK & SP.
Only one thing that deserve to be mentioned:
JK and SP continued the analysis of the problem related to the Etot
thresholds (see previous report) which appear to be higher since last
psi' scan. It has to be understood why it has occurred and why the Etot
rates have not increased.
In order to bring the thresholds down to the usual values, JK changed the
"neutGEN" trigger setup file. The first attemp produced a too high
increase of the Etot rates and the second one has been considered
sustainable. 
Runs 5848 and 5849 were used to perform these tries.

13:18 HV alarm detected a difference between the actual and the demand
values for mainframe 1 from channel 64 to 255. Turning off and on set
things ok.
