Comments:
- high instant.luminosity ~2.9 x 10E31
- no ACNET data on run 5894; fixed at beginning of run 5895 with
  a procedure suggested by Keith (page 146)
- CCAL had noisy TDC channel in ring 2, Michelle cured it  
- FCV hit maps for channel 6 look strange (ADC higher, TDC lower than usual)
- a few DAQ hangs fixed after reset
- 1 nozzle warm up (density had been seen decreasing)  
- one serious DAQ hangup during run 5896. Keith was called and
  the run aborted. Thanks to Keith for his help
- from run 5896 TDC channel in ring 16 is noisy
