After the pbar transfers today, there was ~22mA left in the
accumulator. Since there is a shutdown/access day on Tuesday and no
plans for the pbars, we have had a deceleration to the psi' peak.
The deceleration was very efficient. However, there are some problems
with the cooling system which should be fixed during the day shift.
Please expect wide beam and some energy drifts.

Also note that Tape Drive 0 is broken and that all run changes should be 
done by hand at 90% full level where drive 9 is ALWAYS used for the GK
tapes.
