KEG, GG, MN went downstairs to fix the problems we found during last
stack. They found that the cable to power the luminosity monitor pre-amps
not connected. They reconnected it and WR tested the luminosity monitor
with the pulser and the source and said it was ok.

StrawI HV cable was found broken. They replaced the cable with a spare
one(stHV3). 

HV card channel HP-22 has a bad connector (cannot lock cable
connector). We connect HP-22 HV cable to channel 25. The HV file has been
updated. The new file is
~daqman/hv_new/bin/hv_10oct00.dat
