A bad op amp was adding a -5V offset to the pulse, which was removed by the AC coupling to the FERA. The result was a very noisy channel (wide pedestal). This tracks back to atleast run 5524, with the pedestal gradually widening over time. 1. For runs 5890-5895 (inclusive) there were 10 loose TDC cables R1-10,W1-16.
